Our Workers’ Compensation Team represents and defends employers, insurance companies, third party administrators, self-insured administrative companies, public and private risk management pools, and municipalities in Workers’ Compensation cases.

Earl Metcalf has many years of experience in Workers’ Compensation in Rhode Island, including appeals to the Workers’ Compensation Court’s Appellate Division and the Rhode Island Supreme Court. These appeals have resulted in numerous written appellate decisions of assistance to self-insured employers and insurers.
