We have considerable experience in claimant fraud, claim inflation, staged accidents, application/rate evasion fraud, and Workers’ Compensation fraud. We have successfully filed suits, litigated cases and collected judgments against individuals and organizations that have committed fraud. Additionally, LWFM has handled hundreds of Examinations Under Oath (EUOs) in fire, homeowners, auto, Workers’ Compensation and health and life insurance claims.
