Bill’s practice focuses on defense litigation, and he has extensive experience handling cases throughout the state and federal courts in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He has represented individuals, businesses and professionals in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, rental car liability, coverage disputes, uninsured motorist claims, bad faith claims, construction accidents, subrogation, products liability, toxic tort, and medical malpractice. Bill has resolved countless claims through arbitration and mediation, and also obtained numerous dismissals and other favorable resolutions for his clients throughout his career.
