Michelle has practiced in the area of civil litigation for more than twenty years. She graduated from Western Michigan University – Cooley Law School in 1998. She has extensive experience in a wide range of practice areas including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, subrogation, S.I.U. defense, insurance coverage disputes, and nursing home negligence. Michelle’s current practice focuses on motor vehicle accident defense and she has significant experience in the practice of litigation in the state courts of both Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
