For more than forty years, Mr. Metcalf has represented insured and self-insured employers before the RI Workers’ Compensation Court. He graduated from Duquense University School of Law in 1974. A member of RI Bar Association since 1977, he continues to represent some of Rhode Island’s largest self-insured employers in all types of workers’ compensation matters.
