Brittany Brogno-Perry is an associate here at LFWM. She brings with her a background in medical malpractice defense and criminal defense. Prior to joining LWFM, Brittany worked with a medical malpractice focused firm and handled various other civil litigation suits. She has experience in defending matters in Criminal District and Superior Court as well as some Juvenile and Family Court matters. Brittany takes pride in being detail-driven, thorough, and focused on reaching the best possible resolution for LWFM clients.

 Brittany is an active member of the Rhode Island Bar and U.S. District Court, District of Rhode Island. She is also a current member of the Defense Counsel of Rhode Island, Rhode Island Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and Justinian Law Society of Rhode Island. 

While studying at Roger Williams University School of Law, she served as student attorney for the Rhode Island Office of the Attorney General in the Criminal Division as well as advocated for clients of the school’s Criminal Defense Clinic. Brittany was the president of the Family Law Society, a student member of the Edward Gallogly American Inn of Court and completed over 100 pro bono hours helping members of the indigent community through the VITA Program and volunteering with the Public Defender Division in New Bedford, MA.
